Shaikh Tajamul Islam

Shaikh Tajamul Islam was elected as the second president in IJT's eventful and radiant history. Under his leadership, IJT played a crucial role in reaching out to students and youth with the universal message of Islam. Shaikh fittingly fulfilled his role till 1980 when the then authorities placed a ban on IJT's second international conference and arrested him.
